Dreaming Again

Dreaming Again is a four-movement piece written for Horn Quartet. Using a minimalist style with repeating rhythms and soothing harmonies. Dreaming Again takes the listener on a journey of contemplation.

The River

Co-composed with Brisbane based composer Emma Percival. The River is centred around humanities connection with water and rivers. Commissioned by Queensland’s leading classical guitar ensemble, Riverside guitar Ensemble. The River brings together a classical guitar ensemble of over 17 musicians to pay homage to the great rivers that are intertwined with the greatest cities in the world.

Premiering at the Adelaide Guitar Festival on 22nd July 2022 and subsequently at the Australian Digital Concert Hall (2022); the River brings together a mix of traditional classical guitar techniques with a unique new spin. Recorded live, The River is now available to listen on all streaming platforms.

Piano Sonata No. 1

inspired by the sublime paintings by Caravaggio. Piano Sonata No. 1 brings the listener into the world of such painting whilst acknowledging the historical foreground they encapsulate.

Written with a unique amalgamation of classical and modern techniques. This Sonata is unlike anything composed and carves a unique sound in the world of piano.

 

The Pharaoh’s Son

Zachary’s first album; the Pharaoh’s Son Brings together the rhythms and sounds of Egypt to the modern orchestra.

The Pharaoh’s Son tells the story of a young boy and his adventures through ancient Egypt. A tale of Gods, monsters, and ancient myths all depicted through the sonic world of music.
